Instructions:

• Remove tape backing from product. 
• Stick to the front section of the sweatband (where your forehead rests) for a sweat liner or to reduce size. 
• Discard the used strip when soiled and replace.
• Can be used on any other desired surface, but adheres best to a clean, dry surface.
