The 10 1/2" high flared crown of the top hat has a yellow band with red polka dots surrounding the base. A decorative swirled metal buckle is located on the hat band, center front. The 4" wide brim balances out the fun and decorative crown. A felt embroidered 'note' is popping out of the hat band stating, "In this style 10/6".
