The Toucan Collection introduces their new Brooch Wool Felt Cloche Hat. Crafted in the USA using soft and packable wool felt, the Brooch Cloche has an elegant and simple design. Its classic bell-shape crown is adorned with a grosgrain ribbon hat band with a small side bow topped with a beautiful brooch detail. Inside, this hat features a drawstring sweatband that easily adjusts to achieve a better fit.
